We are industrial gases producer, supplying nitrogen and liquid oxygen to the oil, gas and other industry sectors in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and elsewhere in the United States. Health and safety remains the top priority of our highly experienced team, which works to ensure that our operations remain safe, efficient and reliable.
We were established in 2007 as a joint venture between ADNOC, which owns 51% of the company, and The Linde Group, which owns the remaining 49%.
We are International trade company focused on the trade of crude oil as an active market participant. Trading offers broader services to our domestic and international customers. As a fully-fledged trading company, we have access to global energy markets through Organized Oil Exchanges and other Over The Counter (OTC) instruments.
As we become a more progressive and agile, customer-centric organization, Our Trading builds on strong foundation of reliable and stable supply of crude oil and exceptional customer service.
As a forward-looking refiner, we invest heavily in research and development. Since 2009 we have been operating a research center dedicated to expanding our scientific understanding and developing the latest technology.

Since 2019 we have operated as a joint venture business with the European energy firms. The partnership continues to help us enhance our range of products and services. We also work closely with other companies based in Ruwais to ensure that we can fulfill almost any client request.
