JOB DESCRIPTION

To plan and execute the multiple buyer contracts including the preparation, evaluation, finalization linked to LNG cargoes in alignment with contract management process, ADP (Annual Delivery program) and approved procedures to ensure safe & reliable delivery of the product.

Review and monitor the implementation of contracts, and alert management on matters related to potential risk and liability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure the delivery of the cargo is as per the contract terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Ensure coherent and standardized sales effort to facilitate efficient implementation of Sales contracts
  • Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
  • Conduct periodic review and update of contract management procedure, manuals in consultation with respective department to achieve quality oriented and cost-effective contract process, highlight the gaps to the management for cost effectiveness and avoidance of penalties.
  • Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
  • To tabulate the terms and conditions of multiple contracts of the same buyer or multiple buyers and conduct analysis from commercial impact for future contracts.
  • Provide specialized input for development and implementation of internal control framework for contract processes in order to enhance business effectiveness and efficiency.
